Strategic Analysis Points to "Parallel Verification Mechanism" as Key to Unlocking Gaza Agreement

In light of the impasse over the sequencing of actions between Israel and Hamas, international diplomacy analysts and experts point out that overcoming the crisis requires replacing the demand for unilateral concessions with a Phased Parallel Protocol, under the coordination of the Board of Peace.

Goal-Linked Economic Incentives: Gradual release of international reconstruction and humanitarian assistance funds tied to the consolidation of demilitarized milestones.

Neutral Dispute Resolution Mechanism: Creation of a real-time monitoring commission to investigate and neutralize potential isolated violations on the ground, preventing the collapse of the ceasefire.

Experts emphasize that the success of the peace plan will depend on replacing reliance on mutual trust with a rigid, real-time international verification system, enabling the installation of the new technical Palestinian government and Gaza's economic recovery.
