Board of Peace Announces Historic Agreement for Complete Disarmament in Gaza

In an unprecedented diplomatic breakthrough, the Board of Peace announced the signing of a historic agreement for the complete disarmament of Hamas and all other armed groups in the Gaza Strip. The measure is highlighted as a critical step toward restoring lasting peace, stability, and security in the region.

The agreement provides for the transition of Gaza's governance to a new Palestinian government, which will work in direct collaboration with the Board of Peace to address the needs of the local population and lead reconstruction efforts. At the same time, the plan ensures security guarantees for Israel, aiming to permanently end the use of Gaza's territory as a base for attacks.
Key points of the transition plan:

Phased Implementation: The agreement will be executed in a gradual and structured manner.

Withdrawal of Israeli Forces: As the disarmament process is completed, Israeli defense forces will withdraw from the region.

Security and Stabilization: An International Stabilization Force will work alongside a new Palestinian police force to ensure public order and safety for the residents of Gaza and its neighbors.

The project is part of the implementation of the 20-Point Plan and relied on strategic mediation by the diplomacies of Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye, alongside the efforts of international negotiation teams.

The plan seeks to end the cycle of hostilities and the humanitarian crisis that have affected the region, establishing a new governance structure focused on the well-being of the Palestinian people and regional peaceful coexistence.
