The initiative seeks to reactivate the diplomatic channel mediated by White House Special Envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, reordering diplomatic priorities following a slowdown in negotiations over recent months.

Economic and Diplomatic Leverage: Kyiv advocates for the tightening of strategic financial sanctions, aggressive blocking of commercial evasion routes, and the application of U.S. political influence across global channels to alter Moscow's cost-benefit calculation—demonstrating that continuing the invasion will prove unsustainable for the Russian economy.
