Ukrainian Operational Supremacy and LEO Integration

Ukraine maintains the world's most advanced civil-military integration of satellite broadband:

Command Backbone: The Starlink network (operated by SpaceX with U.S. DoD integration) serves as the central nervous system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), supporting real-time strike drone video feeds, target intelligence, and encrypted tactical communications.

Strict Terminal Control: Following periods of "gray market" exploitation where Russian forces utilized smuggled Starlink units, rigorous security countermeasures (such as geospatial whitelisting restrictions) were enforced to cut signal access to receivers in enemy hands.
