Mirrored Mechanism and Sector-by-Sector Transition: Designed by Nickolay Mladenov, the Israeli withdrawal moves away from an abrupt, all-at-once pullback in favor of a sequential rollout across designated pilot zones. Within each mapped sector, the collection and disabling of heavy weapons will be certified by the International Verification Committee (IVC), triggering a proportional, immediate pullback of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) personnel toward the border line.
